- "Their support is fast but clueless. We should be running our stuff ourselves on a VPS or something instead of using these guys. They were OK in regards to features and support 2 years ago, but with time comes mediocrity or worse (stupidity). Now they move our server and screw up the MX records for our spam filter. In the last few months the uptime is questionable. Of course their pricing is good...but besides that there are better hosts to be had. We will be leaving shortly."
